Candle Ingredients

Our candles are loved by all those who try them.  Why?  Because each candle is hand poured with love and care.  We also use the finest ingredients.  Our ingredients are as follows:

Palm Wax:

Palm wax is an all-natural, renewable resource that is obtained from the oil palm in Southeast Asia. Due to its environmentally friendly attributes, palm wax offers a whole new choice for candle makers who market sustainable or renewable resource based extensions to their candle lines. It has been grown as a commercial crop in well managed and regulated estates since the early 1900’s. The palm produces fruits in bunches which are harvested and sent to palm oil mills to undergo be processed. Palm is a tree crop that enhances biodiversity and carbon sequestering, uses very little water, and is GMO free and pest resistant. One acre of palm trees provides the same quantity of wax as 20 acres of soy beans. Sourced from Malaysia, Brazil, and Colombia, the palm wax in our pure vegetable palm wax candles is no threat to rainforests or orangutan ecosystems.

RRD Wicks:  these are a round braided cotton cored wick. These wicks are able to consume viscous materials without clogging or drowning.  They are made with controlled braid tensions and they burn standing straight with only a slight bend or curl at the very tip.  They are known for having a consistent quality and maintaining a predictable flame height.

Each of our candles is hand poured using an all natural blend of essential oils,  tropical          plant oils, fine fragrance oils.  All of our fragrances are formulated by a master perfumist.       All of our fragrances were formulated based on safety assessments made by the      Panel of Experts of the (RIFM) Research Institute for Fragrance Materials and are   carefully reviewed by the IFRA (International Fragrance Association) Scientific       Committee. Our fragrances comply with RIFM standards.
